The front of the villa is bathed in sunshine from morning to night making it ideal for day long sunbathing and swimming, whilst the rear offers a cooler shady retreat. The upper floor terrace area overlooks the pool and has distant seaward looking views down the undulating hillside.

Moraira has two safe sandy beaches and numerous little rocky coves. The town has grown from a small fishing village into an attractive holiday resort which still retains its local charm, there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops which crowd around the harbour side.

The Club De Golf Ifach on the San Jaime urb is a nine hole, par 60, 3408m course with surrounding views of the Pennon de Ifach and the sparkling blue Mediterranean. Many experienced golfers have remarked on how deceptively difficult the course is, making it ideal for the holiday golfer who has little time, but appreciates the challenge. Situated on the course is the Micheta restaurant, club bar, tennis courts and public swimming pool.
